Ciothe Mathanwa na hiũ iteme honge
Na ciũnũre magoko maguo

Baba ngoro cia athuri na cia atumia
Kῖeha ihumbῖtwo ta arῖ nguo
Na ruo ikundagio ta arῖ maῖ mena gĩthima
Nĩ mawaganu ma ndũrĩrĩ

Anake othe arῖa njamba cia rῖtwa rĩaku
Arĩa waitĩrĩirie maguta
Na ũkĩmehῖtĩra
Wῖhumbĩte ũthingu na ũhoti waku
Matuῖtwo itaha nĩ thũ ciaku

Ũthingu wa airĩtu na ũtheru hamwe
Na ũhoreri mũingĩ ta nguo
Uria wamaheire, magocithagie rĩtwa rĩaku
Ndũrĩrĩ imatigĩte njaga
